Entertainment 2018

Our Christmas Fayre is not just about shopping. You will find four days of brilliant entertainment provided by local bands, church choirs and school groups.

The Fayre always starts with a parade of school children with giant puppets on Thursday evening at 5.30pm leaving from the Arc shopping centre and finishes with a traditional carol service by Churches Together and the Salvation Army Band on Sunday evening.

In between we have two stages, a cookery theatre, street entertainers, dance groups and much more.

NEW for 2018 St Johns Street our street full of independent shops will be hosting its own three day festival on Friday, Saturday and Sunday. Click here to see the St Johns Street Mini Christmas Fayre programme!
